When I received my order and tried it, I realised it wasn’t the charger that was needed but my appliances was broken. I emailed and tried calling allfix about returning my item with no response. I sent my item back in the bag it came in with a note explaining the situation. Finally after a week or more I received a very rude email saying the item was used and it was not returned in the original cardboard packaging. Their customers service is extremely poor.
