Item arrived as described - in the end

Overall I am happy with my purchase although I wasn't greatly impressed with the communications from the firm. The vacuum cleaner parts seemed to be taking a long time to come so I had to ring Allfix to find out what was happening. There was a delay getting the parts in and it arrived in the end but I think there should be better communications in this situation.
