Allows the use of 35mm floor tools and accessories to be used with 32mm pipes and also allows the use of 35mm pipes with 32mm vacuum hoses.

Actual external diameter tapers from 33.8mm to 36.7mm. Actual internal diameter tapers from 31.9mm to 30.3mm. Total length - 46.5mm.
