The motor is on the opposite end to the original fan assembly and the fan blade is not reversible.

DIY oven repair - replace cooling fan

The cooling fan was posted, and arrived promptly. We used it to fix our 20 year old Blanco oven. As it was not specifically designed for Blanco my husband had to "manipulate" the metal a little to attach it, but it is now working well! Very happy not to have to buy a new oven.
