The delivery and service was great. The price was competitive, which is why I bought it. The only issue I had was with packaging. I have spoken to someone about this at your business and my concerns raised. Very helpful and they suggested to return it. The item did have some damage to the outer plastic case, on the edge, I assume it occurred during transport but it wasn't enough to reject it. It was in a box that was a lot larger than the motor and allowed it to roll around in the cardboard box. It was wrapped in bubble wrap but a bit more packaging such as newspaper would have solved the problem. I have bought from you before and will buy from you again.
